Absolutely shocking company and service. it started off great, then Ned from Pixelhost (Owner, developer, and support Agent - one stop shop) dropped the ball heavily - made me loses a handful of customers because ion the shoddy hosting and then rug pulled us all and closed the business.
Well, Pixelhost's Lifetime deal didn't last very long - less than a year. I find this so incredibly disappointing.
Paid for a Lifetime subscription a litter over a year ago. Today (24 October 2023) got an email from Pixelhost that the company is going out of business. The emails says they will finish a 3 year hosting contract but will not be monitoring support emails or upgrading hardware. Sad because the hosting has been good. Lifetime in this case looks like it will be 4 years. Two stars for the time I have it.
Worked for 1 year fair, had some issues, and now they migrated to a new server something happened and now there is no communication and no service. It's been frustrating and impossible to contact someone to try to fix or get the service paid for.
UPDATE: !! DO NOT BUY !! The company was a money-grab and went out of business as soon as they realized they cannot support their lifetime-subscription model. Their service is no longer operational. | ----- | I want to like this hosting cause I find the interface very cool and easy to use but its downtime & maintenance times are quite bad. It's ok for test projects but wouldn't consider putting anything of importance on their service at the moment. Hope that changes in the future.
The simple interface makes it easy to know how to operate, it's a good WORDPRESS Hosting, and faster!
